Ingredients
- 1 small baguette, cut on the diagonal into 24 slices
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 5 ounces goat cheese
- 1/3 cup Park Winters Fig Jam
- 24 fresh basil leaves (tear in half if large)
- 6 fresh figs, quartered (Black Mission figs recommended, but any variety works)
- Olive oil, for finishing
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the broiler. Brush both sides of the baguette slices with olive oil and arrange on a baking sheet.
- Broil until golden, about 1–2 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- Spread each toast with goat cheese, then top with a spoonful of Park Winters Fig Jam.
- Add one basil leaf and a fresh fig quarter to each crostini.
- Finish with a light drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of salt and pepper.
