Pomegranate and Lavender Bruschetta
This irresistible bruschetta is a local twist on a classic. Simply mix up the fresh ingredients and enjoy!
Ingredients:
Cherry tomatos
Mozzarella balls
Basil leaves
La Vie Rustic Sel de Lavende
Seka Hills Arbequina Olive Oil
Park Winters Pomegranate Balsamic Vinegar
Directions:
Cut the tomatoes in half. Break off fresh basil leaves. Add tomatoes, basil, and mozzarella balls in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar to your liking. Sprinkle Sel de Lavende. Mix well to even out toppings. Serve as salad or on top of crostini.
