Yolo Press is a small, family-run operation dedicated to producing flowers, jams, skincare products, and organic extra-virgin olive oil of the highest quality. The farm is located on the lower west side of the Sacramento Valley where hot summer days are tempered by cool marine breezes at night - a combination that produces the most flavorful olives and oils. Since first planting olive trees in 1991, their grove has grown steadily, now harvesting olives from 17,000 trees in 16 varieties that originate from Italy, Greece, Spain, and of course, California.
